Organizations like REAP Food Group and Institutional Food Market Coalition help match the culinary team at Sheraton Madison with local, organic food suppliers. Then, the catering team works with the suppliers to develop a menu and ensure the food supply can meet the event’s needs, no matter what time of year.
Because of the extensive planning and partnerships needed to create a large-scale, organic, catered event, it is difficult to find catering companies who offer that type of service. Sheraton Madison is proud to be one of the few Madison-area caterers who can boast this service.
